Everyone regrets things they've said...but sadly, once they're said, the scars are there forever. You can say you're sorry and try to take back what you said...but in the end, even though people will forgive someone for saying something mean, it's not something that's easily forgotten. Making this helped me to think twice before I speak...and I hope it helps others do the same 
Yes, I agree totally. Very true. Sometimes you do wish you could go back and just stick words back in your head, lol. But we learn as we go, I guess. Still, it can be a sucky process. And words to hurt. Thank you for this!
