Happy Birthday for my dear friend Elisa!! Hope you had a wonderful day! 
Elisa did a sketch of my Boris for my birthday, so I wanted to return the favour and do one of her Savannah (hope you don't mind me borrowing a pic from Facebook!)
This is something pretty new for me, this style. I used ^ChewedKandi's Creating a Pet Portrait Tutorial, and while I still have to work out how to convert her instructions from Illustrator to CorelDRAW, I think I did somewhat OK for a first time trying to vector fur. I mostly used my tablet, too, which is another new thing for me, and I learned a bit about some tools in Corel...so I'm happy
