Actually, it's been a HUGE day!! Today I became the Vector Gallery Moderator/Community Volunteer!
To say the very least, I'm so excited about this new role and wearing this new ^hat! I am taking over from the ever-uber-awesome `ChewedKandi, who has reached the end of her term as Vector CV. If you have no idea who I'm talking about, do yourselves a favour and have a squiz at a few of my favourite works of hers below in this journal, go check out her gallery, give her a watch, hell give the girl a Llama! You'll be glad you did, I promise! She has done an AMAZING job this past year looking after the Vector galleries, and I've watched with awe and pride as she's taken on huge issues with grace and finesse. I have some really big shoes to fill, but in her I have the best mentor I could have, and I know she'll show me the ropes as only she could
NEW WATCHERS!
Hello and thank you to all my new Watchers! Thank you for adding me to your lists
I'm originally from the USA, but have lived in Australia for the past 15 years with my wonderful husband, Wayne, and a farmload of animals
As well as taking care of the myriad of animals around here, I also work full time in town at the best Signmaker around! I do 99% of the Vector Graphics and other Graphic Design needs that come through the door (or fax or phone or email), run the printers, cut vinyl, apply said prints/vinyl cuttings to various materials...and I make one hell of a nice coffee! Basically I make my living making other businesses and individuals look good!
Also on my plate this year, I'm the current President of my local Inner Wheel Club. I've only been President for a few months, and my term will last another 9 months, and I'm loving it so far! It's challenging sometimes...a group of 36 women all with different ideas and personalities all in one place at the same time can be a wee bit frustrating, but in the end what matters is the frienships we've made within the group and the many ways in which we raise funds for charity, our biggest charity being Cord Blood Research, which raises money for research into ethically using the stem cells from umbilical cords to save the lives of people with leukaemia as well as several other cancers, bone marrow abnormalities, immunodificiency disorders and many other illnesses...it's a miracle of recycling!
Well, that's enough about me...if you want to know more, just leave a comment or a note...I don't bite
Thank you to everyone for all the well-wishes and congratulations. I'm truely honoured to be the new Vector Gallery CV and will do my best to do the best job I can do!

It's nice to meet you Domi! I'm Adrienne!
